Shipping
All international shipments are sent via Japan Post international AIR Packet shipping service.
Packages are usually delivered directly to the recipient’s mailbox. While this shipping method is more economical than EMS, delivery may take longer. Please note that, depending on the destination country or region, tracking information may not be available, and in some countries or regions it may not be possible ti file an investigation request in the event of loss or non-delivery.
-Please double-check that all of the information on your delivery address is correct. ( apartment number, zip code, etc.) If the package is returned, we will charge you for any additional costs. Also, if you would like us to resend the package, the original shipping price will be charged again.
Refunds & Returns
-We will not accept any return or refund for any reason from international customers unless the item is out of stock or can not be shipped internationally.
Canceling & Changing Orders
-Once your order is confirmed, we are not able to cancel or change your order for any reason.
If you would like to add more items after you receive your confirmation, please simply place an additional, separate order. Thanks for your understanding.
