At This time, We are only able to ship to Japan, the US (*only mainland United States) or Canada.
If you enter a shipping address not in Japan , the US or Canada the order will be automatically canceled. If you live outside of Japan, the US or Canada we recommend using a forwarding service company like tenso.com. For more information please visit their website

-Due to COVID-19, shipping might take longer than usual. If you haven’t received your package within 2 month of your order (within 1 month for EMS shipping) , please contact us.
-Shipping will be the same price per single order for up to 50 items. Shipping costs are based on the region of your delivery address.
-Please double-check that all of the information on your delivery address is correct. ( apartment number, zip code, etc.) If the package is returned, we will charge you for any additional costs. Also, if you would like us to resend the package, the original shipping price will be charged again.
We accept ONLY Paypal from international customers.
Unfortunately, for right now, our credit card section only accepts Japanese credit cards.
Payments will be in Japanese yen. The price in foreign currencies is a rough estimate.
Refunds & Returns
-We will not accept any return or refund for any reason from international customers.
Canceling & Changing Orders
-Once your order is confirmed, we are not able to cancel or change your order for any reason.
If you would like to add more items after you receive your confirmation, please simply place an additional, separate order. Thanks for your understanding.
-We currently do not offer any gift wrapping services.
