Please read the following information before you make a purchase outside of Japan.

Payment 
We only accept PayPal payment for any purchases made outside of Japan. 

Shipping 

International shipping is only available to the US at this moment.

All the packages will be sent by EMS.


-At this time, We are only able to ship to Japan or the US. 

If you enter a shipping address not in Japan or the US, the order will be automatically canceled. If  you live outside of Japan or the US, we recommend using a forwarding service company like tenso.com. For more information please visit their website

-Please double-check that all of the information on your delivery address is correct. ( apartment number, zip code, etc.) If the package is returned, we will charge you for any additional costs. Also, if you would like us to resend the package, the original shipping price will be charged again.


Refunds & Returns

-We will not accept any return or refund for any reason from international customers unless the item is out of stock or can not be shipped internationally. 


Canceling & Changing Orders

-Once your order is confirmed, we are not able to cancel or change your order for any reason.

If you would like to add more items after you receive your confirmation, please simply place an additional, separate order.  Thanks for your understanding.
